May started out 'meh', which I wasn't too fussed about because I had some projects left over from earlier (due to needing more information/etc.) and just in general some health issues that needed to be looked into... (I have mild carpal tunnel now, which is  pretty... not great as a writer, ha.) The last week or so (maybe 10 days) have been insane though, so much that even if I don't get any orders through June, I won't be bored.

If the project I'm finishing up now gets accepted by the 31st, May will be my best month yet (sitting over 3k for the second time.) That being said, April was lower, so it sort of seems to even out for the most part.

Hope your June will be better than May!

    Thanks for sharing your experience.

  2. Hello,

It is almost end of the month. Just curious, how's business gone in month of May. I have been struggling to generate new sales on this month. I asked many seller, most of them are saying this is pretty slow month for most. I have only made $726 until now and $82 running orders. Other months, I usually make $1500+ sales.

Looking forward to better June ahead.

Freelancing is all about ups & downs I figured.

    Happy Freelancing

Nice, I am planning to do this too but i have few questions please.

    1. If you spend $20/day for 3 gigs, I know ads can only focus on one gig at a time, did you split the $20 into three for each?

    2. Then which ads do you use? social media ads or google ads?

    Thanks

Hello, I have focused on 1 gig only. As my other gigs are similar like the main gig. Not exactly same but someway around all the photo editing gigs. So if a buyer contact for some other work, I send the offer from the other service gig.

I stick to social media promotion only and Fiverr promoted gig feature.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Its a very common question why my gig impression and click very low? I have few suggestion for this kind of questions. I have reached 1k+ Impression within 07-10 days by using this method.

This is very simple and easy way to improve your Fiverr impression and click. first of all I would like to share with you what is impression and when its start counting?

If someone search on Fiverr by using your keywords if your gig appear to the search result then you will get impression. For this reason Keywords research is very important for getting Impression and clicks.

Search of Fiverr by using your main keywords , Suppose your main keywords is Facebook Ads. you will find some relevant keywords to the suggestion. make a list of suggested keywords find the low competitive keywords from the list.

Use these keywords perfectly to get super fast impression.

    Where you should use keywords?

    • In the gig Title you can use 2-3 Keywords to your gig title.
    • Dont miss to mentioned these focus keywords in the beginning of your description
    • Mentioned these keywords on your Tags
    • Make your package unique and use keyword to your packages
    • Use your main keyword to the FAQ

Try to send buyer request everyday don't miss to add CTA to your buyer request.

Be active and send the buyer request continue you will gain impression and click faster.

    Great tips. Thanks

  5. There are some tips I can share.

    1. At first, your gig image, title, description and FAQ have to be perfectly professional.

    2. Gig SEO and add trending keywords.

    3. Share your gig on social media sites, specially on Quora.

    4. Be promote and quick to buyers when they message you.

You bring up interesting points! I never really thought about the "secret" factors that go into who gets chosen for TRS...it is a manual process.

There are some factors that are hidden certainly as it is a manual process, they handpick really the best ones from similar service and the handpick process is not easy. I can say.

I've decided to give seller plus a go, to see if I can learn more about what I'd need to do to become a better candidate.

I think seller plus is a fantastic chance to know more about Fiverr and how it works behind from a person who works for Fiverr. I had a meeting last night with my success manager. She was super helpful and I have better understanding how TRS works.

Is Seller Plus a key to becoming a TRS? Does it give you better visibility to the decision makers (in addition to all the individual attention and tips you get)?

I think it is, in some cases certainly. If you are connected to your success manager, he/she can really help you grow well as a seller and there is other advantage of Seller plus too.

It is not that if anyone have seller plus, will become TRS at some point. You have to work hard and make decent improvement along the way by providing professional service, fix the problems/errors on the gig etc.

    Thanks

It gives you access to some really useful tips from a person, who can see almost everything from Fiverr's side.

Yes, currently I am enjoying Seller Plus program. $29 per image is not a bargain for sure but I think I am benefited by this program. Last night, I had a meeting with my success manager. Jessica is very professional and caring person. I had many questions about TRS and I have understood much more how it really works.

The team that handpick sellers to be a TRS is very choosy about selecting seller for TRS. Firstly we have to fulfil all the requirements for TRS then there are some important sector they look into such as professionalism of the seller which communicating, zero tolerance in grammatical mistakes on gig & descriptions, gig price should be minimum $10, gig image have to be professional & clearly communicated, there should not be same service gig twice.

    I hope it helps.

Yes, there are many among us who got TRS before seller+ existed, so you obviously can figure out how to get there on your own, and I seriously doubt that Fiverr would not give someone the badge they'd give it to just because they are not in seller+ yet. In so far, I don't think I'd call it a "key".

However, more info is always helpful, and I can only recommend trying it out if you get the option, to see if you can/want do anything with it. I was a TRS before the program started, so I didn't need someone's tips on how to become one, or the 7-day clearance, but if you're not already TRS, those are certainly nice to have, and I was interested in seeing what else it offered. Advanced analytics, videos, webinars are actually what I was most interested in, I haven't even yet made use of personal tips or reached out because of "situations".

Also, if you pay taxes and can deduct it as a business expense, it's kind of a no-brainer in any case.

Regarding the average sales price, we can only speculate, and a minimum required average sales price, if it exists, might also vary from category to category. It's also possible, though, that the ASP comes along with other things, so that it's perhaps not the ASP specifically, but the whole "package" that has evolved and sways the evaluation team towards the "Yes, now!" decision.

This is really helpful. Thank you!!

There is not any fixed average selling price to become a top rated seller but you have to complete more then 100 orders and earn $20000

Hello, yes, I am aware of these requirements. I have met these requirements way before and still not nominated for TRS. There are must be some details I am missing. But I did not able to figure it out yet.

    Thanks

I've also heard the rumour that average selling price is a "secret" factor in who gets chosen for TRS, but I have no idea what that would look like.

By all official criteria I've been eligible for 2 years, and my average sale price is currently just over $30 for orders, just over $50 for customs, and I personally still haven't been nominated. I've decided to give seller plus a go, to see if I can learn more about what I'd need to do to become a better candidate.

If this is a factor, and you want to figure out the price, I would say take a look at the top sellers in whatever your niche is and figure out their average gig price.

    Thanks for your message.

By the official criteria I have been eligible for last 3 years but never got nominated. My average selling price is $23.5 and I have also read somewhere average selling price is a factor but there is nothing from Fiverr itself.

I have also Seller Plus going on and trying to be better candidate also just like you.

    Thanks

  11. It depends on category to category. For me, it is a very good learning experience. I learnt a lot from my success manager too also I enjoy 7 day early payment clearance. Tomorrow I have another meeting with my success manager.

Coupons also a great feature of Seller Plus. I sent coupons to my repeated buyers and they are really happy that I am providing coupons to them to value our collaboration.

Depth Analytics also helps to figure out gig performance on the marketplace.

    I hope it helps.

    Thanks

how about results. Is it fiverr suggested budget ?

Fiverr suggested $6 for me but I did go for $20 for that time and get great results. But I think results depends on category to category. That is why I would suggest you to keep experimenting what's works for you. Never settle for a fix amount.

    Good luck.

  13. It depends how much you want to go for best performance of your gig. My bet was $20 per day, it is way more than I first started that is $5 per day but I got significant results in $20 per day for my 3 gigs.

    I hope it helps.

    Thanks

  14. Your method can work one or two times but it will work in most of the cases. You see, buyers are searching for a solution to their problem. If you can be specific that you can show his/her problem then buyer are most likely to hire you for the job.

For buyer request be relevant to the problem buyer looking for, be short and directly on point to the solution you want to offer and most importantly be careful about spelling also as mis-spell will look unprofessional and often buyer will not take you seriously.

    I hope it helps.

    Thanks
