indeed, however ... are all of those buyers dishonest when writing a 5 star review then complain in private?

Being a guilt trip travel agent is acceptable in some countries, and many sellers have no qualms about telling buyers sad stories about their children starving if they cannot make a living on Fiverr. So many buyers avoid this issue by giving 5-star reviews to all sellers and are more honest in the private reviews.

This new system is surely bugged or something, I have hard time understanding how my "client's satisfication" is under "strong negative impact", while 99.8% reviews I've got are 5 stars and all of them had only positive things selected, none of them wrote anything negative. I've been top seller for years now, can't even remember how many and now, because of all my 5 star ratings unsatisfied clients I'm going down.

Nahh I will just let these two images talk. Such a nonsense.

The Client Satisfaction score can be due to the Private Feedback buyers leaving, which sellers do not get to see.

Does anyone know if they're calculating "Rating" on a 60 day rolling scale like before, or is it now account lifetime?

I think it may be a lifetime rating, according to @jonbaas's post.

I have a top gig, that now has a low success score, as a result of reviews from years ago.

  4. I understand why you do not get clicks—your gig images are unattractive, nor do they tell what you sell. Gig images need to grab the attention of buyers quickly, and because they spend less than a second looking at each gig image, you need to say what you sell in 5 words or less.

Look at what successful sellers on Fiverr in your niche have for gig images.

OP is a new seller with no sales, so they probably don't have that option.

    That is what I thought.

And they probably don't really need it, anyway (they offer writing, and I better not comment on that).

They offer ChatGPT prompts, which I do not consider writing. But you are wise not to comment on the OP's writing.

  6. I see you have been on Fiverr for a year now, yet in that time, you have had only two orders. Fiverr boosts every new seller by showing their gigs more for the first month after they begin. Also, I see that you had one order in that time. Fiverr does not continue to give many impressions to gigs that do not get sales.

All of your gigs have less than 100 impressions except for one. Therefore, Fiverr does not find your gigs valuable enough to give many impressions.

  7. Your impressions dropped significantly about one month ago, possibly from a poor private review. Often, unhappy buyers will not ask for a revision or complain in any way but will leave a less-than-lovely private review. Was there an order with a bit of conflict with a buyer?

Also, I looked at your orders from that time, and three of your buyers sell Webflow landing pages, and you have a gig for Webflow, too. Could a competitor have ordered from you only to sink your ship even though your minimum order is $100?

sellers daring to accept risky buyers and challenging projects because a not-so-good review wouldn't be the end of the world... It could be good for the business, but where's the fun in not torturing sellers?

A prospective buyer contacted me through my inbox, stating a budget of about 1/6th of what I charge. Before the new review system, I would have made a counteroffer. However, this seller had too many negatives for me to do that.

    A. They were a new buyer. The last new buyer gave me a glowing written review with 4.7 stars. Then she asked if I got my tip, but I did not. However, when I told her that she never did send one

    B. Even if the new buyer had accepted my offer, I was guaranteed a lower rating because of the value for the money part of the evaluation.

    C. New buyer's reviews are weighted heavier with the algorithm, so I wanted to avoid the chance of damage to my internal stats.

So, I told the buyer we were not a good match rather than trying to convert the contact into an order.

They work in my office, and they have verbally told me, I don't have any written evidence, that's why I am more worried

Your office sounds like a group of freelancers who work together. They may be your seniors, but they are not your friends! If you have a laptop, you can work at home or access free wifi anywhere.

And how do they know about your sales if you do not tell them? If you are telling them about your Fiverr success, then stop now.

If I don't do this, they threaten to report my Fiverr account together and create fake orders to give me negative ratings or cancel orders.

Without evidence, CS cannot do anything to stop these "senior sellers" from doing what they threaten to do. However, if they act on any of their threats, you can contact CS to deal with them.

I'm a new fiver seller and I want to learn more tricks

Fiverr is not a magic show where sellers perform tricks to get paid. As @donnovan86 and @meet2rahat have already told you, following Fiverr's TOS is the only way to upload your gigs without rejection.

Here is a link to Fiverr's TOS:

gig seo, attractive gig image, best package in Fiverr and grow your sell

It would be best not to pay heed to a seller who has had about 1/3 of an order per month since joining Fiverr.

@mahphic You have nice videos for your gigs. However, most buyers are in a hurry when looking for sellers to provide the needed services. It is best to have an eye-catching image with only 4 to 5 words stating your services or a buyer will pass you by. This could be the image at the beginning of your video. Right now, I see this when I go to your profile. The buyers do not take the time to read the text underneath the gig image.

    Screenshot2024-02-10at12_10_58PM.png.2afc9dce72578631d8f638bbc72c604e.png

Furthermore, there are over 20,000 gigs that offer the services you do. Your gig images must stand out because the buyer spends less than a second looking at them before clicking on them or passing you by.

@zeeshan9445, I looked at your profile too. You can follow the same advice I gave @mahphic
