    He has too much competition.

And that's the thing, Filip. A lot of people come to Fiverr expecting to earn right away and thinking they receive orders on the spot. I had a "dude" message me just to insult me because I am bringing the market down with my prices. I checked and a few minutes after that he created a very low standard gig for writing. He had extremely bad grammar, the description was just a line pretty much saying give me your money. There are a lot of people with unreasonable expectations here that think they will earn a LOT of money with ease.

Obviously that's not the case. A proper freelancer studies the competition, analyzes and sees the right type of service they can offer. It's the same for every niche. Unfortunately most new sellers don't do that, they expect lots of orders fast and then they come to the forum disappointed they are not getting orders.

two of my orders are canceled on my one gig on the same day.

That's the problem, cancellations show buyers are dissatisfied and Fiverr pushes you back in search for that.

Now I want to delete the account and create a new one, is it possible to create a new account after deleting it with the same email ID and Payoneer account?

You can't have more than one Fiverr account. Even if you delete this one, you need permission from Fiverr to create a new one. Also you can't have the same email or Payoneer ID either. Obviously a new account suggests you are a new person, so they don't accept existing Payoneer or emails, otherwise the same people would create dozens of accounts.

Is there a way to that my previous gigs ranked again?

Fiverr tracks cancellations only for the last 60 days, so eventually those cancellations won't affect your stats.

  3. Enter your gigs and see what you can change. I had this appear as well and there were just some category changes that didn't impact me, there were no changes required. See what changed in your category by visiting your gigs and edit them. If there's a new option or feature you will see it.

what about, if everything is perfect, but still ur gig doesn't appear in search

Fiverr also has private reviews, not all metrics are public. Everything might seem perfect on your side, but there are hidden metrics like private buyer reviews that are obviously not perfect. Plus, sales volume, the performance of other people will also dictate where you are in search.

Do you have any official statement about that?

I am subscribed to Seller Plus and my success manager told me that. Fiverr tracks the buyer satisfaction rate anywhere from 90 to 180 days. So it will take a long time to increase the satisfaction rate, and any bad review you get in the meantime will affect you one way or another for up to 180 days. Obviously there's no official statement anywhere because people will try to find a way to manipulate the system.

who got his gigs back on search results and if there is any trick for that

This highlights the point above.. Fiverr wants to stop people that try to trick the system, that's why they are implementing reviews for canceled orders (or at least they are trying to). Fiverr has become a lot more competitive due to the pandemic and AI, along with economic distress has pushed some buyers away. Which means Fiverr is trying to declutter and highlight quality service providers, while pushing scammers and people that try to manipulate the system back in search.

Simply put, getting some great reviews from clients (along with great private reviews) will slowly get you back on track. The thing is, it can be very simple to lower your buyer satisfaction rate with a single bad review from a client, especially if you don't have a lot of orders. So for me, it's clear Fiverr wants to push higher prices, and more focus on quality rather than quantity. Which for me sounds great, because it helps the platform move onward.

I am dealing with a similar situation, my gigs are in search but I am pushed back, hence the reason why I talked with my success manager in the first place to see what was wrong. Aside from the info I said above, they also told me that reviews from new buyers (either to the platform or to you) will bring more damage than a bad review from a repeat client.

At this point, all you can do is to work hard on pending orders and ensure customers are happy. There are no tricks and ways to game the system. Plus, you can rest assured Fiverr will identify any methods you use to try and game the system, so I recommend you don't even try it if you value your account.

    3. I am very reactive when I watch movies - my kids make fun of my audible gasps, loud guffaws, weeping, and short bursts of exclamations (such as "Oh no!").

That makes you a great moviegoer. I much prefer this type of people when compared to those that have no emotions.

As organized as I am when I work, I'm extremely scatterbrained and forgetful in my personal life

I am pretty sure we are not alone in this, a lot of successful freelancers are dealing with this type of stuff.

If your gig is ranking lost. Then you have to contact with fiverr support. They will know you that  what is the actual reason.

Don't waste customer support's time. Usually Fiverr removes you from search because you had one or more bad private reviews.

In your case, you had a very bad review 3 months ago which most likely ended up pushing you back.

Most of people lost, specially after becoming level two.

    Same here, bad reviews.

The idea is, most likely it's always due to either leveling up to level 2 and dealing with way more competitors, or in other cases it's due to a bad private review. Buyers can also leave a review privately and sometimes their private review can be bad even if they rated you relatively ok publicly.

Fiverr tracks the buyer satisfaction rate for 3 to 6 months, so it can take a while until you get back in search, and it also comes down to what performance you had in the meantime. If you continually receive bad private reviews, getting back in search can be hard.

So, is't fair, not to look for 15 and due to one get lost from the plateform?

Well you need to figure out what was wrong and what you did wrong. If you see that a buyer is hard to work with, there are ways to deal with the problem. There's always something to learn from every bad interaction.

Fiverr can push you out of search because what matters are private reviews. If that last person gives you a bad private review and none of your happy clients gave a private review, you can obviously imagine the impact that private review has. Public reviews, what you see on gig pages, are only a part of the story...

  9. All these people that focus on ranking.. you guys are overthinking it.

You know what Fiverr wants you to do? They want you to deliver a great service to your clients. Once you ensure that all your clients are happy, you won't have to worry about anything. If you receive bad reviews or the work you do is lackluster, that will lower your buyer satisfaction rate and you will not appear as high in search.

Sure, adding keywords in your gig description, an appealing image matter, but if you want Fiverr to recommend you to clients, you just need to do a very good job whenever you receive any work. If you cancel, deliver late or worse, you make buyers unhappy, Fiverr's algorith takes notice and you're pushed back.

  10. There are millions of sellers on the platform. What does your gig do that surpasses other people? That's what you want to focus on. If your gig is identical or worse than other gigs, why would people buy from you? Do a cold analysis of your gigs and see how you can improve them.

  11. There are literally thousands of identical topics on the forum. Why not search.... do you expect people to reply to every single topic and waste time? The information is out there, you just have to find it.

  12. Exactly. Vickie is right, and not only that, but you going to the customer support made it way worse. I also received a single star review from a person that checked the content at 1 am, he wanted to go to sleep and even if the review text was great, the stars were random. Obviusly I didn't go to customer support to say anything because that would be considered review manipulation. I just took it as a loss and moved on.

This is only a problem for people earning less than 2000 annually. If you're one of them, it's time to reconsider if freelancing is for you.

Yep, exactly what I said. If you can't afford a debit/credit card's monthly charges and you earn under $2000 a year, then you definitely have to rethink your freelancing career!
