  1. I am from central EU and what @donnovan86 said its true. The prices went to the moon. Not just the electricity, gas, wood, pellets...also food, gasoline, construction material. Government is talking about limiting the heating with gas only daytime and only to 20 degrees celsius in some residential buildings. Annual inflation rate eased to 10% in September of 2022 from 11% in August. It will be a cold and expensive winter...

I had, I don't anymore. Well for me it has to do with the fact that I've been here for a while and the gig in question has 10k+ reviews so it's most likely the fact that I am consistent and deliver orders all the time. And as I said, I had a long delivery time, maybe 4-5 days for an article.

My delivery time is always 4-5days, but I can handle 20-25 orders in queue max, so 4-5 per day. I do everything myself. Sometimes I even have too much work and I have to decline some projects. But you gave me a good idea to think of - how are agencies on Fiverr handling this? So is possible that more then one person accesses the account? or can I delegate the job to another designer inside my panel? I know there is Fiverr Business but I doubt this is for sellers also.

I don't know if this is exactly how it happened, but I am often shocked at how much power Fiverr gives even new buyers over sellers who may have been active on the platform for several years. Especially with new customers on the platform that do not really understand how Fiverr works yet.

Yes its crazy how important are these first-time Buyers. Those are Buyers whose very first purchase on Fiverr.  They calculate their experience separately because if they have a bad experience with a Seller during their first purchase they tend to not come back to Fiverr at all, not just to that Seller.

And since now my gigs are nowhere to be found, I asked my success manager how the hell, I am going to improve that, if 1. I get orders only from regular clients, 2. Promotion options are disabled. He didn`t had any good advice for me rather than I had to drive my own traffic. I told him if I knew how to do that, I would not work on Fiverr and had my own design agency.

Thanks for clarifying. Sounds awful. So it's better not to leave a review at all or just a 5 star review to not anger the master. A private review is not a problem in itself, but the fact that it has side effects like shutting down a whole profile for up to 60 days (as you can read in the thread of @designboom ) is probably not worth leaving honest feedback with an unfriendly customer.

The worst thing to me is that I didn`t get a negative public feedback, but just a negative private one. And from a new buyer (as far as I know, from what my success manager told me). And so I don`t know exactly what went wrong. I would rather see that the buyer is honest and when I deliver the job, they tell me if they want anything changes, that`s why revisions are for.

A 100% similar case with me. I was ranking at #1 for most of the keywords & suddenly after one single order cancellation gig was hidden from even 20 pages

    Any solutions?

After getting deranked, I completed around 10 projects & most of them gave me the tip as well which is quite a good thing for fiverr ranking factors.

    But that didn't help.

    suggestions please?

    Hi @rabia_sabir

How are your gigs doing now? I am in the same position as you were for the past month. Doing all my best to get back on my feet.

I am a Ukrainian citizen living in Ukraine but Fiverr sent me an email saying that my account will be disabled because "Fiverr will be suspending services across Russia on Monday, March 14, 2022".Screenshot_2022-03-10_23-21-11.png.29d1b69b2358912fed7c6b004b50dfd7.png

Does Fiverr think Ukraine is Russia?

Why is my account associated with Russia?

I haven't been to Russia for 15 years or so.

Registered and used my account in Ukraine only.

Contacted the support team but they didn't tell me why they put me into Russia.

If you have a bill or other proof that shows your address, I think it would be good you send them some proof. Wish you all the best, I hope you can solve this.

  7. I got around 5 briefs. All design relevant to me. But I made an offer only to one. No response from the potential client. The rest are totally too vague or something we need to discuss further before I can make an offer. But I like the feature, and I am sure it will turn better and better 🙂

Seller Plus? What is that? I was using Promoted Gigs, then got banned. Fiverr only promotes the people they like, and just because they like you today doesn't mean they'll like you tomorrow.

Hardly anyone works for $5 anymore.

I did raise my prices. I figure if I rarely get an order, I might as well make more money per order. In the old days, I could charge $5 or $10, and get 5 to 20 orders per day. I miss the old days, Fiverr was better.

I am also a Seller Plus. Check out its benefits here here: https://business.fiverr.com/pages/seller-plus

Thank you for sharing this! I raised my base rate recently after debating it for the last while. Wish I did it sooner! The amount of orders I get now are still about the same (maybe even a little less), but I don’t get nearly as many orders from problematic buyers as I was. Totally worth it for me! 🙌

It was the same for me!! I am a top rated seller and was scared to raise my prices, thinking that I would lose the regular clients, get less orders etc... but on the order hand I was too busy. Now I get just a little less orders, but mostly I got rid of those problematic buyers. I kept the same prices for old clients, which I give discount through custom offers. And I have more time to delivery better, quality designs which increased the amount of new repeated buyers and more tips! Was a WIN for me!

  10. You are experiencing exactly the same results which i am facing , i am a level 2 seller , now no more inquiries since more then a week , did you get something from support? I get a copied msg that gigs are active

Me too, that is all ok and active on their side and that I can contact them again in few days if things don`t improve.
