How to describe?

Hi There,
I’m a newbie here. Already created gigs.
Though I have creative content writing experience in real life, my “send offer” request about this gig MY GIG always declined.
If I am right, it’s because buyers getting more and more request and choosing with the best review, where newbie doesn’t have any! How can I describe myself in the offer description to buyers so that they choose me?
