How to make a mutual cancellation request on New Fiverr?

Today I got an order from a buyer, but I’m unable to do it. Because that order doesn’t meet my requirements. Now I need to make a mutual cancellation request to the buyer.



In this New Fiverr V2 I don’t see that option. Could you please tell me where that option is? In the OLD version it was under “Problems with order” something like that. There is no such thing here.



Please help me, I have only few more hours until the deadline!!!
