I paid *********** back in June 2016 to make a 3D model of my bike… I still have not received it… I am not happy with this person as they have my money and I don’t have my 3D model.

Gigs cannot have delivery times longer than 30 days, so I am not sure how you let this go so long. Fiverr may not be able to helps months later, but the forum definitely cannot. You can contact Customer Support if you wish and they will tell you if anything can be done.

All buyers should use caution to press the modification button if a gig is marked delivered but is not delivered. If a gig runs many days late, you can press cancel for an automatic refund. If something goes wrong with any if that, send a ticket to Customer Support immediately or within 2-3 days at most.
