Online indicator

Anyone not showing up as online even when they are?
Anyone know where the module to toggle it on/off is these days?

The online indicator has never been that reliable for me, but it works sometimes. The toggle is under Settings >> Public Profile Settings.

I had this just 2 days ago too, I changed something on my profile, and suddenly, no green dot anymore at all, no matter what I did (clicking, page refreshing, cache clearing, logging in and out, I tried it all), so I sent a ticket to CS, but it wonderously resolved itself, when I made some other change (unless CS did some magic without telling me, but I don´t suppose so), so, just maybe, though a rather far-fetched thing I admit, try to change some other setting, if the proper online-toggle won´t do anything.

This happens to me too.

I just click on the inbox icon or the notifications icon, it “shakes up” the system and the grey dot turns green.
