Order dispute problem

Hello, a seller said he can’t finish a job so I asked him to cancel the order, he agreed and sent a dispute for me, I went to the dispute page and clicked “accept” but nothing happens!
I checked my revenue it still 0
and I went back to the dispute page and I found out nothing has happened and I kept clicking “accept” over and over again but nothing happened and can’t get a dispute!
anyone facing this problem or just me? please help

This is why Customer Support gets payed. How could possibly someone in the forum help with this?
