can I remove this or what can I do

There are only two ways to remove a review.

1.) If the buyer agrees to remove it, they can remove or change it themselves if it’s been a short time (I think between 1-3 days.) If it’s longer, they can contact Customer Support and say they agree to have it removed and CS will remove it.

2.) You can submit a ticket to CS and show them screen shots and your delivery files, etc. Explain that you did exactly as you were supposed to do. If they agree, they might remove it, but this is not common unless you tried really hard to work it out with the buyer first.
