Order marked as complete but never recieved!

Hi there

I placed an order for a logo which was due on 25/04/16

I have checked my account several times and have not recieved the logo (i have sent the specification)

the seller is not responding and i have not recieved anything! Is there any way I can get my money back??

The seller must have delivered something. The order gets marked as complete after 3 days of delivery. The only way for you to prevent this is by clicking on the “Request Modification” button. I suggest you contact customer support. They can look into it.

Why don’t you contact support or did you check your order notification page? Do check that.
