pchopra Posted April 18, 2016 Share Posted April 18, 2016 I have been trying to change my payment option to a different credit card for the last 2 days. Apparently there is no easy way to do that. They don’t have a phone number to call. Support emailed me with a vague response. Does anyone know how this is done? warrenlion Posted May 23, 2016 Share Posted May 23, 2016 Solved the problem. You cant change payment method once you have ordered a gig as you selected the payment when you ordered. That is when you actually paid for the service.The only way to change it is when you Pay / order a new gig this is the only time payment options are shown.
