Help! I need help changing my payment method

I have been trying to change my payment option to a different credit card for the last 2 days. Apparently there is no easy way to do that. They don’t have a phone number to call. Support emailed me with a vague response. Does anyone know how this is done? I have had to put buying all my gigs on hold

I have the same issue. This is like seriously stupid.

Solved the problem. You cant change payment method once you have ordered a gig as you selected the payment when you ordered. That is when you actually paid for the service.

The only way to change it is when you Pay / order a new gig this is the only time payment options are shown. Hope this helps
