Depending on your service, potential clients (with our experience) in general have the same questions. Cover your bases! It’s a great idea to build a quick response to highlight answers to all potential questions he/she may have. This will provide a faster pace, as well as lowering your response time.

Overtime, you will find it plenty useful until you’re able to get into more detail with your services. Most importantly, make sure that these responses are super friendly, so there’s a building trust and a possible sale. The client will be more inclined to purchasing from you again, and refer you to others.
