Is it just me or can we not do custom offers from the phone app?

Is it just me or can we not do custom offers from the phone app?

I will be in the middle of a conversation while I’m on the go using my phone trying to close the deal when they as me to send them a custom offer.

Then as I look for the option or feature, it’s not there. I have even tried using the Internet browser on my phone. Does anyone else have a similar issue?

Hi Quincy,

Different experience here, I run IOS so not sure if the app differs from Android phones but I can confirm that sending custom offers over messages work.

Try and update your Fiverr app, this might solve the problem.
