ilanagraf Posted February 3, 2016 Share Posted February 3, 2016 HiI have a buyer that payed only 5$ for a detailed illustration work., on which i ask 15-25$I asked him to add 5$ (which is realy cheap) because he said he has a low budget…He ignored it by saying: " do it, it is fiverr anyway… When will it be ready?" etc.I sent already maybe 4 cancellations to him, but he keep decline them!!I never had someone like that!I don’t know what to do…!Fiverr system don’t alow me to cancel and refund "at the moment"Is there a direct mail to get fiverr help personaly?Help!
