RESPOSE RATE.. It really runs?

I want to suggest Fiverr to eliminate this indicator from the system.
I respond the 100% of the messages i receive and it decreases. Some days ago 97, 96, yesterday 93 and today 92.
What i’m doing wrong?? If i look to the messages list i can see that all inquiries have been responded. Is this indicator placed for stress us??
I’m here all the hours i can, i use smartphone too, and respond all i receive… I think some is doing their job bad, because this is only one of the bugs we found every day. Fiverr team, please try to check and repair this or eliminate it and let us work with calm.
