Fiverr Support is not so fast

I posted a support ticket few days ago and was continuing conversation with fiverr support team about realizing my fund.
But, After a certain period they didn’t response. Then I closed the ticked and made a new one. Here, again they also didn’t response…
How can I recover this situation ?

Well what does realizing your fund mean? Are you a buyer or a seller? What exactly was your complaint?
