Buyer feedback

Hey guys!
This is the first time I’m posting here in the forums 🙂

I have an odd question that’s been troubling me for a while.
Do you ask your buyers to mark the gig as complete after they’re pleased?

I had few customers that after delivering the work they did not mark the order as complete and did not leave feedback.
Now, as a new seller I need the feedback, so people can know they can trust me.
I know the order change from delivered to complete after 3 days and I do get the money, but should I ask from the buyer to leave feedback or is it too rude of me?

I would like to know your opinion about it, and if it happens to you as well 🙂

To me, This totally depends on your work. Usually, buyer leaves a feedback if they are much satisfied.

I see nothing wrong with asking a buyer to leave feedback.

You could use something like this:

“If there is anything that would prevent you from giving a 5 star review, please let me know so I can sort it out to make you happy”.

The thing is they sent me a message afterwards saying it was perfect o.o
So I… guess I did a good job with the artwork…
I’m just not sure since I feel rude asking for a feedback

You can ask to buyer but in some polite way.
