I ordered a Website designed in Joomla with some specifications and got a custom order from a level 1 seller. He Did a crappy job and wanted more money to actually make it look decent and have the links working (which were all specified in the original request). I got tired of dealing with him and just completed the order and gave him a satisfactory review just to be done.

He turns around and gives me 1 star saying that I asked for more than requested - I don’t consider asking to have the contact form actually working to be outrageous.

Last time I will accept sub-par work even out of frustration.

I have had some great experiences on Fiverr - had my logo and some icons designed by a level 2 seller and she did a phenomenal job - so I am by no means turned off by the Fiverr experience.

you should not have accepted the job in the first case… and you shud have reported it to Fiverr Support !
