Cancel the order and get your money back. Talk to Fiverr Customer Support if it doesn’t work out.

I have a similar problem, but to be honest, it may be down to me I had some one charge me $100 to do an e-commerce site for me but not any products I had to pay someone else to do that and recently I asked him if he would show me a few things and he said he would for a gig as I thought this was the final piece of the jigsaw I got 2 gigs because he did seem quite helpful. He then told me not to forget the review so I gave Him a good review but now nothing’s still been done and he wanted me to get up at 3 am so he could show me I think that is unreasonable as no other work was done at this time of the morning.
