When I will be promoted to level 1

I have completed 13 orders and canceled 4 orders I am 40 days old member on fiverr, When I will be promoted to level 1. Is anything which I am missing to achieve level 1.

Did you go online or check in to your account each day of that 40 days?

Were they mutual cancellations? Or did customer support do it?
Were any orders late? Possibly any day now you will be level 1 depending on the answers to these questions.

there are 4 canceled orders and all were canceled by mutual cancellation.
