Can anyone help me in finding a reason why am I not promoted to level 1 .I am fulfilling all the requirements i.e more than 30 days active, 10 orders, 96% rating. Still nothing? rudevectors Posted October 28, 2015 Share Posted October 28, 2015 For the most part, they say the level-up is done in batches via an algo that the system runs periodically. Sometimes it can take a while. If you’ve only just hit the criteria, I’d wait a bit, if it’s been a long time, then CS should be able to help (or they’ll see your post) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is no reason–as rudevectors points out, it’s probably an automated thing that kicks in every so often. Don’t badger CS or the forums about it, it’s boring and won’t get you anywhere.
