Completed 10 orders , 30 days active ,96% rating still not promoted to level 1?

Hey … !! Can anyone help me in finding a reason why am I not promoted to level 1 .
I am fulfilling all the requirements i.e more than 30 days active, 10 orders, 96% rating. Still nothing? Can anyone please take a look at that for me?

For the most part, they say the level-up is done in batches via an algo that the system runs periodically. Sometimes it can take a while. If you’ve only just hit the criteria, I’d wait a bit, if it’s been a long time, then CS should be able to help (or they’ll see your post)

Patience, Rome wasn’t built in a day! How many other sellers have achieved what you have, too–and potentially with better ratings? There is no reason–as rudevectors points out, it’s probably an automated thing that kicks in every so often. Don’t badger CS or the forums about it, it’s boring and won’t get you anywhere.
