coulterroberson Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 I had my first bad experience with a seller. It was over 30 days before work was delivered, then it was wrong. Twice, I requested a modifications to correct it with no finished product or reply so I left negative feedback. He has cancelled my request and asked me several times to remove my negative feedback. I had a very rotten experience and would not have ordered from him if I would have seen my comment. If a seller cancels an order does that result in a refund? And now my contact information with my business card is on his page. Any suggestions or feedback on whether or not I should remove my negative comment?
