On my Request on Fiverr, A seller with bad reviews contacted me and Gave Number and bothered me :(

I posted a request that i want My page with blue badge. one seller contacted me and ask me for my help, later he/she gave his/her number to me and said contact me here! the seller bothered me too, The reviews were like he is Fake. what should i do ?
