Clarification on Fiverr Term of Service

Fiverr Term Of Service states:



“You may not pay other users directly using any method other than ordering through the Fiverr order page. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately”



"Requesting or providing Email addresses, s***e/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details (other than your name) to communicate outside of the Fiverr network is not permitted."

This means:



Fiverr is the middleman, so they are saying that you cannot cut out the middleman when conducting business on Fivver
