If they are the ones who denied your videos, you’re at fault and support won’t necessarily help you out.

The solution would be for you to create a nice video and send it to support.fiverr.com and ask them if they could please add it.

I have a feeling it has to do with having your facebook and stuff in it like the other video you have up.
