Payment Problem i think

So a user ordered a video from my gig with initial payment of $5, I though he had read the main charges thing, and was just an initial payment so that i can start working on the video, It was urgent i woke up whole night today for it and now he is not replying. The total charges are around $35 and he cancelled my custom offer, If the matter is not resolved with 24 hours i will let you know guys what happens further, Is there any way i can get the full payment?



Now i am really angry, The guy is from USA and how could have he thought to get a video in $5 😕



I will update the situation tomorrow if he responds or not
