Foreign language during checkout. Why?

When my visitors (and I’ve confirmed this myself) order my gig from a mobile device they are sent to a PayPal checkout with a foreign language even though we are all in the U.S. and have english set as our default language. (It showes english during checkout from the desktop).

That happened to me once, must be a glitch.

I also see french on the gig cancel page. Really weird!
