daisylanelle1
Fiverr just sent me an email saying “Unfortunately, based on your recent activity, it seems that your account no longer meets the minimal requirements for the Level One status.” and that’s completely fine, however it seems they’ve also deactivated my account?! I had to make a new one to post this - I had a lot of money waiting to come through which I desperately need, is there a) any way to withdraw that or b) any way to get my account back? I’ve emailed support but no reply.
fonthaunt
You will have to wait for support to get anything definite. What you do need to know is that it is entirely up to the Fiverr team to decide what happens next. Many adult-service gigs are already prohibited in the Fiverr ToS, so if they decide that your money was earned with a gig that did not fit the Terms, they can refund the money to the buyers. If they do that, neither Fiverr or the seller (you) are entitled to any income from that.)
luckygutsy
Do you know why you no longer meet Level 1? Maybe that could have something to do with it?
nirob_19
I am sure there had any unusual activities in your previous account… and that’s why fiverr team decided to deactivate your account.
