NOT RATED - Shold be calculated as positive after 30 days

Not rated should be what it is…Not Rated.

What degree of calculated positivity would you suggest? 5 star? 4 star?, 3 star?



By the way @skydesigner your screen shot on another topic shows 60% of your orders ARE rated.

Reply to @kjblynx: Yes, I agree. But the legacy All Good or All Bad Thumbs system is very difficult to overcome.

I’m sorry but I’d have to disagree. Many buyers may choose not to rate something as they are indifferent to what they have received. Rather than rate anything, they choose to not rate at all.



If you automatically made these ratings positive, it would probably provide a false reflection of a service and affect a buyer’s purchasing experience on the site.

That's a pretty high rate of forgetfulness. Perhaps they just found it easier to write a note rather than having to make judgments about three different criteria.
