Reply to @julipalmer7: I would be very careful about this post. IP proxies are commonly used to disguise your location so if you use this offer you may risk your Fiverr account. In addition, by suggesting that you should google something specific they are recommending that you go to a suspicious location off of Fiverr. It could lead to to a phishing site or other place you don’t want to go.

Reply to @social_promotes: Your rating is lower than 90% which is probably too low to get a badge. In addition you have duplicate gigs. Many gigs selling Facebook likes are suspended by Fiverr now as well since they are against the Facebook ToS. You could write to Customer Support but any/all of these could be reasons for not gaining levels.
