How do I find out why Aquavision left Fiverr?

I used to have a great logo person who did tonnes of designs for me. Recently I took a hiatus from work and now that I’m back, I get one of two messages ‘The user account you are looking for is no longer available’ or ‘For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly’. This seller had loads of 5 star reviews and I would really like to get in touch to start working again.Their username was ‘Aquavision’.

It could be you are spelling it wrong. Go to you sales page and see your last orders with him. Reorder from there and see what happens.



If that doesn’t work it could be he left or had issues which resulted in termination from fiverr.

When you see those messages, usually user account has been restricted for some reason, eg because of some TOS violation…

That account is blocked maybe.
