  1. TOS are not limited to what’s written on that page. Sometimes, they interpret specific points. Read them.
  2. Once fiverr support told me that it’s against TOS to delivery the same work twice 🤯
  3. Buyer may leave a negative review for this and fiverr support won’t remove it. It’s better to contact fiverr support after 3-4 unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  4. Ask him if he need any modification and tell him that it’s against fiverr’s TOS. Contact Fiverr Support (after 3-4 delivery attempts) if buyer keep pressing revision button but doesn’t ask for any revision. I have 10+ such open orders.
  5. Happened with me 2 days back. Fiverr support said, funds are not in our hands and we can’t do anything about it. I said, at least order completion feature is in your hands, make it unbiased and implement properly! Got same template reply - We understand that there are some cancellations which cannot be avoided and are no fault of the seller. Currently, your analytics will continue to reflect all cancellations and in the near future, this may be updated. Well done, Fiverr 👏
  6. I’m not sure that is correct. You can ask what it would take to make the buyer happy with the order and a 5 star review, as far as I know. Hi @misscrystal Once I asked a buyer, what should I do to make you happy and get a 5 star review? Buyer asked for a very small revision and review was changed using resolution centre. After few days, I got a warning on my account. Fiverr said - As for the warning that was provided, it appears that you were warned as you have suggested to one of your buyers to leave a certain rating for one of your orders. To avoid something like this, we recommend that you only suggest to your buyers to rate your orders. For example, please send them a message after the order delivery requesting them to rate your order (do not ask for a specific star rating).. So, I think we can ask for a better review but can’t ask for specific star rating. It is against Fiverr’s policies for Sellers to solicit feedback changes from Buyers in exchange for refunds, discounts, upgrades or any other type of additional benefit.

  9. Happened last week. Buyer was irritating so I sent him mutual cancellation request. He couldn’t find ACCEPT/REJECT option in App then I asked him to accept using browser. He wanted to give me -5 stars because ‘I’ was making him follow additional steps. LoL!
