The Sims 4 Mods

I recently got back into the Sims 4 and have been delighted to see the community is producing a number of various mods for the game, including clothing packs, new traits, and game play mods. However, I was wondering if there was anyone in the Fiverr community that has experience making mods for this game? I know I would be more than willing to shell out $5 or more for a custom outfit, trait, or game mod.
