Order completed when it was not complete?

My order is saying complete and accepted and it is not finished and I havent heard from the artist in a week?

Reply to @asiscreations: If the gig reads complete, the seller didn’t do that alone except for sending a delivery. If the seller did actually send something, the buyer had up to 3 days to respond and ask for modification. If the buyer didn’t send anything, the buyer still had 3 days to push the modification button and ask for what was due.



The seller may or may not have been irresponsible, but the buyer apparently disappeared for a while or didn’t read the terms, unless I am missing something.
