Work delivery

I’m having a problem delivering completed work to my buyers. I hope the fiverr team can just explain what’s going on.



Each time I try to deliver completed & uploaded work, the next page I see is “oops! Sorry, we have seen the problem, and currently working on it”.



While I was able to deliver to some early enough, I now have about two to three customers yet to get through to due to this problem.



I just wish somebody can share his view about this. As I see it affects my quality service delivery.

Contact Customer Support since it will take a few days for them to respond to you. I would also send out a message to your customers with the screen shots, apologize for the inconvenience and tell them you are experiencing technical issues with the uploads and you will get back with them as soon as this issue is resolved.
