When buyers don't read your terms

I offer basic icons in my five dollar gigs and have add ons for more intense drawings. I keep getting requests for very detailed drawings but only for the 5.00 gig. To avoid having a million cancellations or angry customers, how do you avoid this? And what do you say to people who didn’t read?

You are limited to the word count. I suggest you revise your Gig offer to include the terms in LARGE FONT. Its going to be tough, but… You should then get the people who can read and understand. To all others, just cancel the gig if they don’t respond to your request. I don’t believe it hurts your rating. Hope this helps in some way.
