Who is paying YOUR commission? If the companies that need these logos etc are going to pay you a finders fee, and you pay the Fiverr sellers to create what you need, then go for it. If you were hoping that Fiverr sellers would pay YOU for bringing them buyers, uh, think again… the base price of a Gig here is a measely $5, of which we get $4 less PayPal fees! So, I doubt if you were hoping to get Fiverr sellers to pay you to find them leads it would “lead” to much.
