I believe the seller is using your service here as his/her dropship business. Meaning the end users will not know that the product sent are from you.

I see you offer handmade products ,so the buyer wants you to ship the product with his name and his information not your information .

For example the product will sent with buyer name .

I think he wanted to be sent as a gift to someone with his name .
