Are we allowed to Advertise our Fiverr Gigs in this part of the Forum called, "Verticals"?

No, Fiverr has a rule against it. The rules at https://community.fiverr.com/forum_rules/ say:

Posting advertisements, self-promotion, or requests for sales or buyers is strictly prohibited.
