I recently purchased a marketing service from a seller on Fiverr, expecting a month-long project to be completed as per our agreement. However, just 7 to 8 days into the project, the seller delivered the order without completing any of the agreed work and didn’t attach anything to the delivery. This is not what I signed up for, and it feels like the seller is trying to scam me by prematurely closing the order.

I’ve tried contacting your support team, but the automated replies I’ve received are not addressing my issue. The response mentions something about a seller profile request, but I am a buyer, and this is regarding my current project.

Could you please assist me in resolving this matter and canceling the order? I need immediate assistance, as I have not received the service I paid for.
