Hello again @sr_creations69 

The ticket #11973405 is open and is being handled by our CS. They have replied already so please check your emails. If your original ticket is open all additional tickets you open with the same inquiry will be automatically closed or merged with the original one. That is why it is important to refrain from opening new tickets.
