If an account is flagged for a severe breach of Fiverr’s policies, such as location inconsistencies or any other tactic suggesting a connection to previous activity in violation of Fiverr's policies (Terms of Service or Community Standards), it will be excluded from participation in the level system.

As a Fiverr user, your account can get flagged for things like:

1. Having more than one account.
2. Spamming other users with unwanted messages.
3. Being rude or offensive.
4. Delivering bad quality work or missing deadlines often.
5. Using fake payment methods or violating Fiverr's rules.
6. Trying to talk to clients outside of Fiverr.
7. Faking reviews or ratings.

To avoid getting flagged, just follow Fiverr's rules, deliver good work on time, and communicate professionally.
