My client wants to cancel the project but also wants to pay for effort i have do in that project so how do i get the money after cancelling the project as a seller. The client said "Ive already made the effort to contact support to give you a partial payment". Can someone help me on this!

Once the order is canceled, they can't go back and activate the order or offer partial payment from it. i think the only possible way with this is if you send a new custom offer to the buyer with the amount you agreed on for your effort, if they want to pay it!

And try to not have a lot of cancellation because it has a huge effect on your profile since you are a new seller.

Absolutely not...

I believe you can cancel with a partial payment by contacting Customer Service.

Correct, They can request that if the order is not canceled yet. but once canceled they can't offer the partial payment .
