I am brand new to the platform and this happened to me yesterday, stating that I have an order (my first one) and that I should scan the QR code, which of course I did as I have never done this before.  It then asked to verify my bank details, and then the instant messenger "agent" requested me to transfer 150 USD into the account (which I did not do) to be verified.  I stopped my card at the bank today. Scary for me to have this as a first time experience on this platform.
