Is this the reeal Fiverr support or scam?

A client asked for my email addess, and I deleted the conversation as i thought that was a scam.

They sent me this screenshot. Is this real or scam?

Please report that user to our Customer Support by sending them an email to support@fiverr.com. Attach all the screenshots you have and explain everything in detail. It is important to report such users so that we can take appropriate measures.

i got a message like this and i even clicked the link and then tried to give my credit card info but then i decided not to verify. it says my acc is blocked but i keep getting inbox messages? is this real?

Fiverr support doesn't contact people via the Inbox.

Never open suspicious links. Also contact Fiverr customer service. Run a virus software on your PC.
