I failed my id verification and now my account is disabled

 I was creating my gig when i was asked to verify my  ID i did it on my phone and i failed and my account is disabled, i tried sending emails to customer support but it did not work please help.  ana_tomy

I tried but i only got the same response

"After careful review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide another attempt at the verification process. Please be advised that the decision is final."

Should i create a new account at this point?
