Hi there!
I am very disappointed because my account is currently restricted for non original gig images. But I have my presentation gig images editable source files with license. I know about the rules of Fiverr. Fiverr doesn't allow to use non-licensed gig images or stolen to use other people's work images without their permission or the content license. But I have license to use these images for commercial and personal projects. Even I have other Logo gig images source files because all logo design work is done by me for my clients. Please consider my request because my carrier depends on this account.

Fiverr Forum is not a replacement for the Customer Support team, and only they can help with account-related issues like this one. I see that they've already informed you that your account is under review and that it takes up to 60 days to make a final decision.

Please wait patiently to hear back from them, and in the meantime, you can continue working on any ongoing orders. Good luck 🍀

The account is not blocked yet, so it's still possible to get it back. Feel free to provide all the relevant copyright license info to our CS team, and once they've made a decision, they'll let you know.

@ana_tomy I already did but after submit all design source file. Cs reply: Thank you for reaching out to us. We’ve noticed that your account is currently under review by our Trust and Safety team. This procedure takes place if a user engages in actions that are not permitted on Fiverr.

 

During this review period, we’d like to assure you that you will still be able to communicate with your existing buyers via the active order page, and access any available or pending clearance funds for withdrawals.

Read more about your account status, or about withdrawing funds.

Please be informed that the review process may take up to 60 days, and we will notify you as soon as a decision has been made.

What should I do at this moment? Kindly help me with my situation. I didn't have any kind single warning in my account. I always try my best to follow all rules.
