My account was blocked, after 90 days I got a notification to withdraw my funds, but I was unable to do so. 
Now it's another 90 days again, and Fiverr did not send a link for me to withdraw the funds.

Please how do I go about this?

Only solution is to contact Fiverr Support regarding it as only they can help you with it.

Hi @virgo031, I've checked your account and I see that you've contacted our Customer Support team, they'll get back to you shortly.

Let me mention that every user needs to contact the team directly about their account. Nobody else can get the issue with your account resolved, nor can you get answers on another user's account, so please have that in mind from now on.
