Withdrawal still in process even after 11 days

Hello, I am experiencing a really bad situation in Fiverr. I withdrew $594.07 on 17th March 2024 and the fund is still not transferred to my payoneer account. Already 11 days have passed and I am also getting no update from Fiverr customer support. My support tickets are #11272191 and #11325991. Contacted multiple times, but no solutions yet. It's Festival time here in Bangladesh and I need to withdraw my funds. It's urgent for me.

What should I do now? If anyone from Fiverr is here kindly check my issue.

Already raised multiple tickets and comments on those tickets, still no updates
